These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website misquincebysr.com, operated by Mis Quince by San Roman, a brand of MIS QUINCES BY SAN ROMAN LLC.
1. Services
Mis Quince by San Roman offers quinceañera photography, videography, and styling experiences in Miami, Florida and surrounding areas. Specific services are detailed in the selected package and the service agreement signed between the parties.
2. Bookings and Payments
- A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the session date.
- The remaining balance must be completed before the session date per the agreed payment plan.
- We accept credit/debit card payments and electronic transfers.
- Prices are subject to change without notice, but the price agreed upon in the contract will be honored.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Cancellations made more than 30 days in advance: the deposit is retained, the rest is refunded.
- Cancellations with less than 30 days: 50% of the total is retained.
- Weather rescheduling: at no additional cost, subject to availability.
- Other rescheduling: one free reschedule with at least 14 days' notice.
4. Copyright and Image Usage
Mis Quince by San Roman retains copyright of all photographs and videos produced. The client receives a personal, non-commercial license for private use of the delivered images.
The client authorizes Mis Quince by San Roman to use the images for promotional purposes (portfolio, social media, website, advertising) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Delivery
- Edited photos are delivered within 4–6 weeks after the session.
- Videos are delivered within 6–8 weeks after the session.
- A preview of 5–10 photos is delivered within the first week.
- Images are delivered digitally through a private online gallery.
6. SMS Terms
By opting in to receive text messages from Mis Quince by San Roman (MIS QUINCES BY SAN ROMAN LLC), you agree to the following terms:
- Types of messages: You may receive marketing and promotional messages (special offers, seasonal promotions) and/or non-marketing messages (inquiry responses, appointment confirmations and reminders, service updates).
- Message frequency: Message frequency may vary depending on your interactions with us and ongoing promotions.
- Costs: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.
- Opt out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

- Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are not required to consent to receive SMS messages as a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us.
- Carrier liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Age requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to consent to receive SMS messages from us. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must provide consent on your behalf.
7. Limitation of Liability
In the event of equipment failure or circumstances beyond our control that prevent completing the session, our liability is limited to a refund of the amount paid. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County.
